Formula 1 star Kevin Magnussen, who was banned for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, has joked he is ready to ‘f*** s*** up’ ahead of this weekend’s race in Singapore.
The Dane, who drives for the Haas F1 Team, had to sit out the race around the Baku City Circuit last weekend after crossing the 12-point threshold during the Italian Grand Prix in Monza.
British teenager Oliver Bearman was named as Magnussen’s replacement and managed to score one point after finishing in 10th place.
Ahead of this weekend’s Singapore Grand Prix around the Marina Bay Street Circuit, Magnussen is set to return for Haas.

Speaking on Thursday, the 31-year-old joked he’s ready to ‘f*** s*** up’ and accused the FIA of not trusting the drivers.
He said: “A little extra bonus weekend off with the family. So, in many ways, nice to have that little surprise holiday.
“I let [Haas] know before the race that if there's anything, I'm here ready to help out with advice or input or whatever. I switched off completely. It was a nice weekend off for me. You get punished, and then you come back, and you're like all ready to... f**k s**t up now!”

Magnussen continued: “Hopefully they will open up and realise that they need to trust the drivers.
“Of course there are things that you have to clamp down on. There are things like moving under braking and reacting to movement. There are dangerous things that you should clamp down on. But apart from the little things, just let it go.”
He also said: “My own opinion is it's not a great situation for F1, I think, to restrict racing in that way. It feels bad when the sport you love so much changes in a way you don't appreciate.
“I think I'm certainly one that, I like hard racing, and I think that's a big part of the beauty of motorsport, is the battles. The on the limit and slightly over, that balance between going slightly over and under the limit is what makes your race. At the moment, it feels like they're punishing ridiculous things.”
