
Italian police are taking action against an individual following "reckless behaviour" at Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc's Ferrari testing.
After their new Ferrari SF-25 was revealed at the F1 75 launch event at London's O2 Arena on Tuesday, Hamilton and Leclerc were in Maranello, Italy on Wednesday morning for tests.
A large group of fans gathered at an overpass near Fiorano circuit, some bringing flags and smoke bombs.

But one fan went a step further in a bid to get a better view of the laps, proceeding to cut down a tree using a ladder and chainsaw.
Multiple videos circulated online showing a fan, wearing a red cowboy hat, hacking down the branches, to the applause of many others in attendance.
Yet while it was an impressive bit of improvised gardening that led to increased visibility, there was some negative reaction on social media - with users believing the actions to be dangerous and damaging to the environment.

The individual in question was easily identifiable in footage shared online.

However, in an update from Gazzetta Di Modena, it's claimed the fan's passion and creativity is set to land him in a spot of bother.
The outlet claim has indeed been identified by police and his sanction will now be determined.

He is now poised to be fined an undisclosed amount as a result of chopping down the trees.
Hamilton and Leclerc's lap times
According to Spanish outlet Marca, Hamilton's fastest lap time on Wednesday afternoon at Maranello was 0.8 seconds slower than the quickest lap set by Leclerc, whose clocked in a time of 56.060 seconds.
That time accrued was under a tenth slower than the all-time lap record of the track set by the legendary Michael Schumacher back in 2004.

In a promising takeaway from the testing for Ferrari, Leclerc and Hamilton's best lap times were both quicker than the Ferrari SF-24's best efforts around a year go.
However, it should be noted that Fuel loads and tyre wear were not recorded - while both used special Pirelli tyre compounds which will not be featured in the upcoming season.
Pre-season testing takes place in Bahrain next week, before the new campaign kicks off on March 16 with the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne.
