Lando Norris has finally ended his wait for a victory in Formula 1 as he wins the Miami Grand Prix ahead of Max Verstappen.
The Brit previously held the record for the most podiums without a victory in the sport with 15.
The race looked to be heading for the usual result with Max Verstappen leading Charles Leclerc, however a timely safety car following a crash between Kevin Magnussen and Logan Sargeant allowed Norris to jump the field and inherit the lead.

Despite all his previous experiences ending in disaster, Norris handled the pressure exceptionally and cruised to the chequered flag to claim his first win.
Verstappen was heard complaining about his Red Bull car throughout the weekend, and the Dutchmen couldn't answer Norris's pace.
Norris becomes the first Brit to win a grand prix since George Russell in Brazil 2022.
