The stats of each player selected for the 2025 Premier League darts have been compared and there was one clear winner.
Darts recently returned with the much-loved PDC World Darts Championship, held at the iconic Alexandra Palace in London across December and January.
As many expected, teenage sensation Luke Littler clinched the Sid Waddell trophy after a convincing 7-3 win over Michael van Gerwen in the final.

On Monday, the lineup for this year's Premier League darts was announced, with Littler looking to defend his crown.
Joining the 17-year-old will be Van Gerwen, Luke Humphries, Rob Cross, Stephen Bunting, Gerwyn Price, Chris Dobey and Nathan Aspinall.
There were some big omissions from the lineup with Dave Chisnall, Jonny Clayton and Damon Heta all overlooked by the organisers.

After the lineup was confirmed, a graphic comparing each player's stats from the 2024 season circulated on social media.
Who was statistically the best darts player of 2024?
The stats were dominated by Humphries and Littler, who won a combined total of 18 titles last year, with the rest winning just 12.
Meanwhile, Littler had the highest average of 99.1 across the year, closely followed by Humphries' 98.4.

World number 11 Aspinall is the only player in this year's Premier League who failed to win a title in 2024, and he also had the lowest average score of just 94.4. However, it was well-documented that the Englishman had to overcome several injury issues.
Speaking to Sky Sports, PDC chief executive Matt Porter explained the reasons behind this year's lineup.

He said: "Obviously with Price, Dobey, and Aspinall there are players above them in the rankings who haven't been selected but we have looked at it in terms of big stage presence, popularity, and the way they can get a 10,000 crowd every Thursday going.
"We want people on the edge of their seats. We want people up and enjoying the darts."
Porter added: "That isn't to say other players can't do that. You have to make decisions on who you feel is right at the time and we feel we have selected players who will deliver that entertainment and that level of entertainment every week."
The 2025 Premier League will get underway on February 6 in Belfast.
