Manchester City host Sevilla on matchday six of the UEFA Champions League group stage this week, finalising their qualification campaign for the knock-out rounds of the competition on Wednesday night.
Pep Guardiola's side secured various levels of qualification for the last-16 of the tournament across the previous two matchdays in their group.
On matchday four, in an away trip to the Danish capital to face FC Copenhagen, Manchester City dropped points via a 0-0 draw but results elsewhere fell in their favour, booking their ticket for the knock-out stages of the competition.

On matchday five, in Dortmund, a 0-0 draw then meant that City would finish as winners of Group G, meaning that they will now face one of the group runners-up in the last-16, excluding Borussia Dortmund and any teams from England.
With all places in Group G finalised heading into matchday six, Manchester City against Sevilla has no competitive edge to the game, but presents Pep Guardiola with a rare opportunity to rest and rotate his squad significantly ahead of more important fixtures.
Manchester City have two remaining Premier League matches - against Fulham and Brentford - and a Carabao Cup third round tie against Chelsea before the season breaks for the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, with all three matches - including Wednesday night's clash with Sevilla - being hosted at the Etihad Stadium.
Ahead of matchday, Pep Guardiola confirmed the fitness situations of a number of players in his first-team squad.

Erling Haaland will play no part in the match, as he continues to recover from a foot problem, and the Norway international was absent from first-team training on Tuesday afternoon.
Manuel Akanji was also absent from the squad out in training at the City Football Academy, while Kalvin Phillips stepped up his road to full fitness by rejoining the first-team in contact training.
Kyle Walker will play no part in the upcoming clash too, with the England international right-back slightly behind Phillips in terms of his recovery from groin surgery last month.
The impressive academy forward Carlos Borges was among three new academy players to be called-up for training, and could make up a 23-man squad at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday night.
