Earlier today, Arsenal confirmed the £45 million signing of Gabriel Jesus from Manchester City.
The Brazilian moved to East Manchester in 2017 and instantly became a hit at the Etihad Stadium. His energy in the press was infectious and you could see straight away that he would become a key player for Pep Guardiola.
Four Premier League titles and 95 goals later, Jesus has decided to call time on his five year stay and seek regular football at the Emirates.

Jesus has always found gametime hard to come by - especially after his initial move.
The young striker had to play understudy to the club's all-time top goalscorer, Sergio Agüero, who was entering his prime years in Sky Blue.
Reflecting on that time in his farewell interview with CityTV, the 25-year-old has fond memories of working and learning his craft alongside such a legendary figure.
He said: “Like you say, Sergio Aguero was and still is the king of (Manchester) City. For me, one of the best ever in this history.

"I came to play with him, to learn from him, and I think I learned a lot. He’s a good guy, very good guy, very good person, and an amazing player.”

One key trait that's made Jesus so popular amongst the fanbase is his relentless work rate.
In fact, the Brazilian is possibly the player who embodies Guardiola's philosophy the most and there is no surprise that he was picked for some of the club's biggest games.

When asked where his desire to keep on running and pressing comes from, Jesus believes it is something that comes from inside him.
“I think this comes from me, it comes from inside," he continued.
"Since day one, when I started to play football, I’m like this, I don’t change this. I’m glad to know this. I’m happy when people say that because look, it shows you who you are.
"I’m not surprised obviously, because I know this since day one when I started to play football. I just say thank you to the fans.

"Sometimes you can play s***, but you cannot stay in one position; you have to run, you have to try. I’m like this.”
Looking back at the 2019/20 season, Jesus produced some of his best displays in a Sky Blue shirt. He contributed to 37 goals in all competitions and scored a memorable goal at the Santiago Bernabeu in the Champions League.

“I don’t think so because last season I played in a different position," Jesus said when asked if he felt like that campaign was his best.
"Like I say, I started to play football as a winger and then I became a striker. I really liked playing as a striker, and then I played most of the time last season as a winger.
"In the last games, as a striker. I think it was good, very good - a little bit disappointing in the Champions League because the way it was was hard, and I suffered a lot.
"For me, I always say, the first six months was so important for me because I adapted. I had so many helps so I’m grateful with the guys who helped me, like Fernando, Fernandinho. They made me feel at home. I think the first six months here were the most important.”
