Former Manchester City star Micah Richards once accused former teammate Sergio Aguero of "lying" throughout his Premier League career.
Argentine Aguero is one of the best strikers to ever play in the English top flight, having scored 184 goals in 275 appearances for City, including a dramatic winner against Queens Park Rangers to win the club's first Premier League title.
In total, the former striker netted 260 goals in 390 matches across all competitions for the Etihad club.

Aguero left City in 2021 to join Barcelona before being forced to retire in 2022 due to cardiac arrhythmia.
He'll forever be a City and Premier League legend, but there is one thing the striker was never completely honest about.
Aguero refrained from doing interviews in the English language - only doing so after his final game for the club.

He did give one alongside Richards after a 3-1 win over West Ham but according to the Sky Sports pundit, he pretended he didn't speak English to get out of doing interviews.
That meant the likes of Richards, Joleon Lescott and James Milner had to do most of the media duties.
"This is the thing Gary - Aguero was lying," Richards said on the Rest is Football podcast.
"When they were asking him to do interviews, he was saying ‘I don’t speak English’. But he spoke brilliant English.

“He knew exactly what the slang terms were, all the terminologies, and of course, speaking with your friends and having an interview is two entirely different things, but he just played on that so much.
“He got away with it. Muggins like me, James Milner, Joleon Lescott, all the English lads had to do the media because Kun just said he didn’t speak no English.”
In total, Aguero scored 385 goals in 685 matches playing for the likes of Independiente, Atletico Madrid, City and Barcelona.
