Manchester City have agreed personal terms with Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips ahead of a summer move to the Etihad Stadium, as per a new report.

A recruitment source has revealed the England international will double his weekly wages with his new Manchester City contract, according to a new report by Football Insider.
The terms of Kalvin Phillips' new deal suggest the midfielder will earn around £150,000-a-week at the Etihad Stadium - which would be twice as much as his current Leeds deal - which is set to expire in the summer of 2024.

The 26-year-old will be able to provide cover for Rodri in the number six position but the Englishman can also play further upfield in either of the attacking midfield areas roles if needed.
Phillips made 23 appearances for Leeds last season as the Whites narrowly avoided relegation on the final day of the Premier League campaign.
The Leeds-born midfielder suffered a hamstring injury that kept him on the sidelines from between December 2021 and March 2022, missing 14 games including ties against Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City themselves.
