Liverpool defender and vice-captain James Milner has revealed the details of a transfer 'promise' made by Manchester City striker, Erling Haaland.
The Leeds-born duo were reunited once again at the weekend, as the Premier League heavyweights went head-to-head at Anfield.
The game - as many expected - was marred by controversy, both on and off the pitch.

Phil Foden saw a Manchester City opener ruled out via a VAR intervention for a foul in the build-up by Erling Haaland on Fabinho.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp was also on the receiving end of a red card late on in the game for his over-excessive protests in the face of an assistant referee.
As for Pep Guardiola, the Manchester City manager was pelted by coins and chewing game as he gesticulated in the aftermath of Foden's disallowed strike.

On the same subject of supporter behaviour, City fans have been accused of offensive chanting regarding the Hillsborough disaster, while Liverpool's fanbase have been similarly accused of launching an attack on the Manchester City team coach as it left Merseyside.
One clash that went by without issue was James Milner's confrontation with the in-form Erling Haaland.
The pair have their affiliation with the Yorkshire city of Leeds in common, and the former was quizzed on whether they had spoken about that after the game.
