Bernardo Silva moved to a new house in Manchester last week as Barcelona hope to sign the Manchester City playmaker in the remainder of the transfer window, according to a new report from Spain.
Silva is understood to be keen on joining the La Liga giants, who have long maintained an interest in bringing the 28-year-old to Camp Nou.
Barcelona have already signed Robert Lewandowski, Jules Kounde, Raphinha and Andreas Christensen this summer, whilst also managing to agree terms with Ousmane Dembele over a new contract.

Silva is viewed as the final piece of the puzzle for Xavi's side as they aim to round up a stellar window with a big-name addition amidst their financial troubles.
The Portugal international has desired to leave Manchester City in search of a new challenge closer to his homeland previously.
Following the start of last season, Silva admitted to wanting to move on but the financial restraints of the COVID-19 have prevented a move from materialising in recent years.

After failing to get his desired move last summer, Silva kicked on and helped Pep Guardiola retain the Premier League for the second time at City.
The Lisbon-born midfielder starred for the Blues last term, scoring 13 goals and providing seven assists in 50 appearances across all competitions.
There were renewed hopes amongst the Manchester City faithful of Silva committing his long-term future to the Premier League champions this summer, with three years left on his current deal.

However, there remains interest from Barcelona, who remain hot in their pursuit of the midfielder as we approach the end of the transfer window.
It is worth noting Manchester City have set a €100 million asking price for the Portuguese and are not expected to move an inch from their stance.
It has further been mentioned recently that Barcelona's attempts to unsettle Silva over the past few weeks have not gone down well amongst the Etihad hierarchy.

According to a new report from Catalan radio outlet Esport3, Silva moved houses in Manchester last week before applauding fans around the Etihad Stadium for their support in his cameo against Bournemouth this weekend.
Moreover, it is understood neither Barcelona nor Silva's agent Jorge Mendes have conveyed a desire to take the Manchester City man to Catalonia.
Barcelona have not made a formal approach for Silva as things stand though reports in England have mentioned the Premier League champions are anticipating an offer at some point.

It remains to be seen if Barcelona can table an offer that would convince Manchester City into sanctioning a sale for Bernardo Silva as it looks unlikely at present for the Blaugrana to be able to close a deal.
