Boxing fans are making the same complaint after tuning in to Netflix for the Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson event.
The event is the streaming giant's first ever live boxing card, with four bouts on the main card and a further three as prelims.
Katie Taylor will face Amanda Serrano shortly before the main event, which sees Paul and Tyson finally do battle in a bout that has been almost a year in the making.

Netflix began broadcasting on its platform from 1am UK time, having streamed the prelim fights on their Sports YouTube channel.
However, fans are encountering some issues early into the broadcast.
While the stream offers video quality of 1080p - or 4K depending on whether you have a compitable TV - some users have complained that their picture quality is pixellated.

One wrote: "Ain't no way Netflix got this poor quality showing the fight."
A second said: "Why is the stream quality so f***ing bad!!!"
And a third added: "Shame video quality is so bad. C'mon Netflix, be better."
Some users who are reporting issues have subscribed to Netflix's 'premium' service - for which there may be a potential fix.

The streaming giant has included a hidden feature which should significantly improve picture quality for boxing fans who have 4K or similarly compatible televisions.
