Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano scorecards emerge as fans debate 'robbery' during Jake Paul and Mike Tyson event

Katie Taylor was up against Amanda Serrano before Jake Paul took on Mike Tyson.

The scorecards from the fight between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano have emerged.

On Friday night, all eyes were on the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas as the legendary Mike Tyson took on YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul.

Prior to the main event, Ireland's Taylor was up against Puerto Rica's Serrano in a light-welterweight bout.

Taylor successfully defended her undisputed title after all three judges scored the fight in her favour.

However, there was apparent booing from the crowd who felt Serrano was the winner of the fight.

There was a feeling that Serrano had done enough to win after Taylor was docked a point for a headbutt during the eighth round, but all three judges scored the fight 95-94 for the Irish fighter.

After the bout, journalist Dan Rafael posted the scorecards on social media.

Speaking after the fight, Taylor said: "This is an amazing moment again for women's boxing, and we put on a show. We put on a performance again for everybody, and just thank God for another amazing night.

"We trained so hard for those moments. Anybody's punch can change a fight in boxing and she's a hard puncher. She's a very tough warrior and I was prepared for that. I don't care if the commentary team or the crowd disagree."

The 38-year-old added: "I knew it was an absolute slugfest in there, an absolute war.

"I definitely didn't agree with the point deduction. I certainly wasn't fighting dirty. Sometimes it gets rough in there."

Serrano said: "I knew it was going to be a little shady but listen, I came here, I chose to be great.

"I went up three divisions. I lost. I dared to be great tonight, and I went up three divisions. I'm the featherweight champion of the world, and I want to be great."

In the main event, Paul recorded a win over Tyson via a unanimous decision with the judges scoring the fight 80-72, 79-73 and 79-73 in favour of the 27-year-old.
