Jake Paul says Tommy Fury is being sued as he ruthlessly fired back at his social media call-out.
Fury was scheduled to return to the ring against Darren Till on January 18.
But he pulled out of the contest after the former UFC star threatened to kick him in the face during their boxing bout.

Till insists he's now the A-side of the event, with a former world champion boxer offering his services to replace Fury.
Misfits Boxing, however, have yet to officially cancel Fury vs. Till amid the slew of call-outs.
Fury has since called out the Paul brothers, having previously fought and beaten 'The Problem Child' in their 2023 clash.
Speaking in a video uploaded on his Instagram story, he said: "I’ve just woke up and seen Logan Paul talking on his podcast yet again about how I don’t want to fight Jake and I’m running scared.

"I’ve seen Jake tweeting about how he offered me X, Y, and Z on Netflix. I just wanted to come on here and say no one is running from that fight, I beat you once already, handed you your first loss. I can give you a second loss, that’s not a problem, but let’s talk some serious numbers down the phone."
Well, it didn't take long for Jake to reply as he referenced a previous multi-million offer while mentioning the boxer's former partner Molly Mae.
He also claimed that his former foe is being sued by DAZN.

On X, the 27-year-old wrote: "What absolute muppet. Buddy you just pulled out of a fight for the 3rd time. You have ZERO credibility.
"I offered you $8M dollars and you ran away from it. And now you got dumped by Molly, getting sued by DAZN and still can’t call a shot without your dad. GTFOH."
Jake has won five fights in a row since his defeat to Fury last year.
He most recently beat former world heavyweight champion Mike Tyson in a Netflix super-fight.

As for Fury, he hasn't fought since his controversial victory over KSI back in October 2023.
