Jake Paul offered undisputed world title match after defeating Mike Tyson

Jake Paul eased to victory against Mike Tyson on Friday night.

YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul has been offered an undisputed world title fight after beating Mike Tyson.

On Friday night, in front of a packed crowd inside the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, Paul eased to a unanimous decision victory over boxing legend Tyson.

The three judges scored the fight 80-72, 79-73 and 79-73 in favour of the 27-year-old.

After the fight, Paul said: "I've been in this sport for four years, I've been so active. If people want to see more then give me a couple more months. I'm going to accomplish more.

"It can happen in the next 24 months, I believe I can become a world champion within six years of learning how to throw a f***ing jab. It'll be the greatest sports story ever. The cruiserweight division is pretty open."

Tyson said: "I am happy, yes. I came to fight. I didn't prove anything to anyone but myself. I am just happy with what I could do. I had a knee injury but no excuses."

After Paul's victory over Tyson, current undisputed WBA, WBC, IBF & WBO light-heavyweight champion Artur Beterbiev took to social media to call out the former Disney sensation.

He wrote on social media: "What can you do in the ring against the current undisputed champion?

"Just know that I'm always open to any suggestions."

It has to be noted that Paul was called out by Beterbiev himself and has not been offered an official fight by any boxing organisations.

39-year-old Beterbiev last fought in October when he defeated Dmitry Bivol to retain his WBC, IBF and WBO belts while also winning the WBA, IBO and the Ring Magazine titles.

Speaking afterwards, Beterbiev said: "I feel not bad. I did not good today. I wanted to box with more quality. I'll be better one day. It was a little bit uncomfortable. Of course, it was a tough fight because Dmitry is a tough champion and he has tough skills, better than me.

"During the fight, we always try to change something. I didn't deliver more punches, I don't know. Today I am lucky too."

He added: "They always say that (Needing a knockout to win). I was more focused but not more aggressive. It's my experience and I am happy. I am a very simple boxer."
