Mike Perry has been offered a new job by Jake Paul after being 'fired' from Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship by Conor McGregor.
McGregor, who is part owner of BKFC, 'released' Perry from the promotion following his crushing defeat to Paul, who scored a victory in the sixth round.
On X, he wrote: "Hey Mike youre [sic] released and you can go and compete in your smelly dirty boxing championship thing, the smell of it, good luck. You’re fired. @bareknucklefc."
'Platinum', however, refuted McGregor's drastic decision as he hit back during his post-fight press conference.

The back-and-forth continued as the 'Notorious' leaked a key detail in Perry's BKFC contract.
Paul, who recorded the 10th victory of his professional boxing career, has caught wind of Perry's supposed release from BKFC.
And he's reached out with a job offer, claiming Betr has a role for him.
"Mike Perry, as you got fired by Conor McGregor from BKFC, we will hire you at Betr into a partnership and give you some sort of role," he said on his podcast.

"We'll figure out what that's going to be. Betr has a job for you, Mike Perry.
"We're just giving him another stream of income. He can keep fighting.
"We can maybe start a podcast with him or something; we'll figure it out."

Perry debuted in the UFC back in August 2016 - on the undercard of McGregor's rematch against Nate Diaz.
He fought the likes of Jake Ellenberger, Paul Felder, Donald Cerrone and Geoff Neal inside the famed Octagon before his departure.
The 32-year-old then joined BKFC, where he has enjoyed great success, having recorded five big wins.
He's beaten the likes of Michael 'Venom' Page, Luke Rockhold and Eddie Alvarez.
