Conor McGregor could be shaping up for a fight with KSI after the Irishman was not impressed by the YouTuber’s latest song.
McGregor, 36, has not fought since suffering a TKO loss to Dustin Poirier in July 2021 – a fight in which he suffered a broken leg.
Since then, McGregor’s name has been uttered by several UFC fighters, but no fight has materialised as of yet.

He was supposed to fight Michael Chandler at UFC 303, but the Irishman pulled out after sustaining a toe injury during his training camp.
The former double champion is at a crossroads in his career, there will be opportunities to increase his vast wealth with ‘exhibition bouts’ in boxing, but whether he still has the desire to push for UFC success remains to be seen.
The 36-year-old previously traded the UFC octagon for the boxing ring in August 2017 when he fought and lost against Floyd Mayweather.
On Friday evening, Misfits Boxing’s YouTube account posted a video of McGregor appearing to call out KSI.

“Let’s go, mate,” Conor McGregor stated in the interview
When questioned about fighting KSI in a boxing ring in the future, McGregor seemed keen to make it happen.
“I’ll fight him for that bulls**t song he released alone! I’ll fight him for that f*****g song alone. We’re back, baby!”
The song in question is titled ‘Thick of It’ and features rapper Trippie Redd. The tune has come under fire online, with several fans mocking KSI’s latest work.

Away from his exploits in music, KSI has had six high-profile boxing bouts. He won his first four fights, with victories over Logan Paul, Swarmz, Luis Alcaraz Pineda and FaZe Temperrr.
However, his fifth fight was ruled as a no-contest, following KSI elbowing his opponent Joe Fournier. Last time out, he lost by unanimous decision against Tommy Fury in October 2023.
This is not the first time McGregor has called out KSI.

In August 2023, the pair were at Anthony Joshua’s fight against Robert Helenius when McGregor shouted: “I know your man KSI is in the crowd and he couldn't box eggs if he worked in an egg boxing factory. So, if he wants to get in here I'll give him a final yoke, bare-knuckle if you want.”
Speaking after the incident, KSI explained: “I think I had heard Conor saying that I can't box and this and that. It was pretty embarrassing for him because AJ was like, 'Nah nah, that's my guy’, so he looked a little bit stupid there.
“But with Conor, clearly I think he wants a bite at the cherry, he wants a piece of the king, and he understands that this right here is where the money is at.”
