Ben Shalom has spoken out on the rumours regarding Chris Eubank Jr. as an investigation has been launched following his victory over Conor Benn.
Eubank Jr. beat Benn by unanimous decision at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday.
Controversy arose on the day before their grudge match as the 35-year-old missed weight for their middleweight bout, resulting in a huge fine.

But Eubank Jr. successfully made the stipulated fight day weight, preventing another fine.
His weight cut methods have since been called into question by the British Boxing Board of Control (BBBofC), who have launched an investigation.
The star boxer's promoter, Shalom, has since shared his thoughts on the aftermath, dismissing a rumour that spread on fight night.
Eubank Jr. was transported to hospital for a suspected broken jaw.
But Shalom has poured cold water on reports his fighter suffered a severe jaw injury.

Asked to clear up the rumours about Eubank Jr. supposedly breaking his jaw, Shalom told iFL TV: "Just another narrative span from absolutely nowhere."
The BOXXER promoter added: "Look you're worried seeing a fight like that for both guys. But no... once we'd been told... look he was in the hospital within about an hour of the fight.
"Once they had hold of him and told us everything was fine and he had his initial scans, you know the relief, you can't celebrate until you get the A-okay.
"It was a horrendous... he'll talk in good time but there was a couple of things that happened in camp.... just things that most fighters would have never continued with the fight with.

"He didn't wanna let anyone down and that was the genuine truth. He came through so much during that time."

Pressed on whether the fight was in danger of collapsing, Shalom said: "There was because any normal fighter in Chris' position and what happened... certain things wouldn't have gone ahead with that fight. Nothing to do with weight... but he did it, he's a warrior."
There is a rematch clause in place but Shalom believes it's too early to talk about a second meeting.

"Let's see," he explained. "We have signed for a two-fight deal. We signed for two fights. It's so early what to say what we're gonna do next."
