The Tim Tszyu we all know and love is usually calm and collected when it comes to boxing and never lets his emotions get the better of him.
His record speaks for itself sitting at an epic 21 wins and zero losses.
However, there’s one exception that gets him fired up, and that’s watching his younger brother put on the gloves.

Nikita Tszyu is only 24 years of age and may just be the next big thing in the Australian super-welterweight division.
Nikita has a lot to live up to when compared to Tim, but he showed he means business with a brutal TKO victory over Mason Smith in Newcastle on Wednesday (May 11) night.
And his brother is his biggest fan it seems.

Tszyu dropped Smith early with a combination and proceeded to leave him bloodied before the fight was called off within the first round.
His brother was going nuts in his seat, yelling out advice as he was as animated as Nikita in the ring.

Commentator Warren Smith remarked: “There’s Tim outside the ring, like a cat on a hot tin roof.”

Nikita’s performance was called ‘explosive’ and ‘dominating’ by commentators as he looked every bit as good as his brother.
However, he was modest in his post-match interview about his performance, rating his match a 6.5 out of 10.
He said: “It’s the blood that gets me.
“I love seeing the blood. That bloody nose. The joy I felt from that.

“I just want to keep on improving. I wore a couple shots that I shouldn’t have. There were still a few mistakes I made. But I’m proud of where I am, but it’s still baby steps.”
Tim on the other hand thought his brother’s performance was the greatest thing ever.
When asked what he would rate Nikita’s match out of 10, he replied: “He just knocked this guy out. 10!”

Tim had warned about his brother’s knockout power previously, and reiterated his take, saying: “I told you. I told everyone. Wait till he starts knocking everyone out now.
“Give him some time, he’ll be knocking the whole division out in Australia – except for me!”
It’s still early days for Nikita Tszyu’s career, with only two professional fights under his belt, but if he continues on this trajectory we may just see a brother against brother matchup in the near future.
