Arsenal have learned the price tag that it will take to lure away Oleksandr Zinchenko, according to reports.
It was reported this morning by the ever reliable David Ornstein of The Athletic that Arsenal had turned their attention to the versatile Manchester City star after failing in their efforts to sign Lisandro Martinez.
The AFC Ajax defender is on the verge of completing a £46 million move to Manchester United, set to become their second signing after they signed left back Tyrell Malacia from Valencia.

Ornstein reported that Arsenal have already opened the talks with City, who are open to selling the left back to the north London side.
It is now reported that it would take a fee of around £35 million to secure Zinchenko's signing, although there is not yet any indication as to whether the player would be open to the move.
Manager Mikel Arteta reportedly sees the Ukraine international as more of a midfield option but his versatility and ability to play a number of positions at a high level is proving key.

Zinchenko has won a number of titles in his short career thus far, including lifting the Premier League trophy on four occasions.
He has, however, been somewhat of a bit part player and is hoping to secure more first team football in a season with a World Cup lumped in the middle.
Arteta has already secured the signing of one Manchester City star this summer in Gabriel Jesus, and that could prove key in convincing Zinchenko to move to the Emirates Stadium.
Zinchenko would provide much needed cover to the left back area too, with Kieran Tierney first choice but suffering from a number of injury issues.

It's believed that Arsenal are open to allowing Nuno Tavares to leave the club this summer.
