Arsenal have gone 'cold' on the idea of signing Youri Tielemans, according to reports.
Mikel Arteta's side were believed to have a big interest in signing the Belgian midfielder, who has impressed during his time in the Premier League at Leicester City.
The midfielder, when asked about a move to another side, admitted earlier in the summer that he was open to leaving the club.

"That is not out of the question. I feel very good at Leicester, I was welcomed with open arms from day one.
"I give everything for the club until the last day.
"But of course you have to listen to other opportunities, you have to look at your career and sometimes you have to make choices. Maybe one will come my way."
With Arsenal already completing the signings of winger Marquinhos, attacking midfielder Fabio Vieira goalkeeper Matt Turner, and with the signing of Gabriel Jesus imminently announced, Arsenal have turned their attentions to their next targets.

According to TalkSPORT's Alex Crook, however, that is not Tielemans.
“They were hoping to sign Youri Tielemans,” said Crook as quoted by HITC.
“That seems to have gone cold now. He may well sign a new contract at Leicester.

“If they were a Champions League club, then he would be at Arsenal by now.
“There are still rumblings, but the more it drags on, the more likely it is that he stays at Leicester. I know they offered him a very lucrative contract offer, matching that one which is on the table in north London. Possibly with even a release clause.
“So, I think Leicester City are confident of keeping him.”
It's believed Arsenal have now submitted three bids for Ajax defender Lisandro Martinez, while they look set to miss out on Leeds United's Raphinha.

Arteta will hope to continue adding more depth to his side, which narrowly missed out on Champions League football last season.
