Leicester City are still expecting Arsenal to move for midfielder Youri Tielemans this summer, according to Ben Fisher of the Guardian.
Leicester are yet to receive any bids for the Belgian.
Despite this, they are aware of Mikel Arteta's long-standing interest.

Arsenal have been linked to Tielemans for most of the summer, with many assuming the deal to be a guarantee before the window opened.
However, the move hasn't materialised.
Speaking on Tielemans in July, the reliable David Ornstein said:
“The key decision makers at Arsenal are essentially all in on him.
"When you talk to people around this situation, they make clear there may need to be a departure first for Tielemans to come in.”

It is not immediately clear what type of departure this would pertain.
Some have suggested Granit Xhaka's departure could be on the cards, however this doesn't look like a realistic option considering Xhaka's importance to the team.
Reports have this week emerged linking Lucas Torreira with a move to Galatasaray, which possibly could be the departure required.
Arsenal are also hoping to generate departures of multiple other players this summer.

Folarin Balogun is expected to complete a loan move to Reims, joining Nuno Tavares in France who completed his loan to Marseille last week.
Bernd Leno is expected to join Fulham after an agreement was reached with Fulham.
Pablo Mari and Hector Bellerin have also been heavily linked with moves away from Arsenal in recent days.

Should Arsenal manage to facilitate departures, it is possible Tielemans will be back on the agenda.
Mikel Arteta has made it clear he doesn't expect Arsenal to be finished in the market:
“We are still hoping to do something else if the market allows.
“You have seen some movement in the last few days as well.

“We want to get the perfect balance and the plan we wanted from the beginning. Whether we accomplish that or not is another story.”
It is clear the Arsenal manager is still looking to add to his squad, and Tielemans would make a high quality insertion.
With the season starting on Friday, a busy few weeks is in store for Arsenal. Fans will have to wait to see if Tielemans does arrive at the Emirates.
