The reason as to why Thomas Tuchel is looking forward to the end of the transfer window this summer has been revealed.
Chelsea have been one of the most active clubs in the market since the window opened, with the club’s new ownership welcoming a multitude of signings.
Raheem Sterling, Kalidou Koulibaly and Marc Cucurella are all notable additions to the west London side, as well as youngsters Gabriel Slonina, Carney Chukwuemeka and Cesare Casadei.

The transfer window shuts next week, with the clubs still having more time to complete their business for the current season.
In regards to the Blues, they may still be looking to strengthen, especially given how mixed their start to the campaign has been.
Tuchel has now revealed he is looking forward to the end of the window as clubs face a hectic schedule in the buildup to the World Cup later this year.
Speaking to the media ahead of their match against Leicester City, he said: “I always enjoy working with every team.

“This is the foundation for being a good manager, to enjoy and embrace the team that you have and don’t focus on what you don’t have or could have. If things were different, they are not, they are what they are. I love the group.
“We speak a lot about transfer window but the good thing about the transfer window when it closes is that you know this is your group, no more distraction or distraction in focus.
“Also, from the players that struggle with the decisions of ‘Where do I go? Should I go? What do I have to offer? What is my role?” On September 1 things are clear.
“This will give us a boost to build a strong squad, group and atmosphere within the group that carries us.

“Basically, I’m enjoying the challenge and enjoying the challenge to build a new group, to be in the Premier League. Everything is fine.”
It has now been revealed that Chelsea have reached a verbal agreement with Leicester for defender Wesley Fofana.
The Blues have been pushing for him in recent weeks, and he is now set to become the club’s third defensive signing of the summer.

Tuchel’s side could pay a world record fee for the defender, £70 million plus add-ons.
Fofana will sign a six-year-deal at Stamford Bridge, with the Frenchman now preparing to make the move to west London.
Tuchel spoke on the player’s omission from the Foxes’ squad for Saturday earlier on Friday, but refused to comment too much on the situation.
He said: “It’s your job to read into that. It’s not out player. It’s their decision and where it has to stay.”
