Chelsea face RB Salzburg in the Champions League on Tuesday night at the Red Bull Arena.
It’s matchday five of the Champions League group stages and Chelsea are currently top of Group E, leaving themselves on the verge of progressing into the knockout stages.
Following his appointment, Graham Potter has changed Chelsea’s fortunes which has seen the Blues go from bottom to top following two critical wins against AC Milan.

The six points claimed against the Rossoneri mean Chelsea can guarantee their spot in the last-16 with a win over RB Salzburg on Tuesday in Austria. A draw would edge them closer, but mathematically the job wouldn’t be done just yet unless AC Milan lose.
Potter is aware of the permutations and called for his Chelsea side to ensure they complete the job on Tuesday night.
"We’ve put ourselves into a better position because of the results against Milan, but at the same time we know we need to finish the job and we need to get more points,” said the 47-year-old. "We haven’t got enough as it is.”
Chelsea will continue to be without Wesley Fofana, Reece James and N'Golo Kante due to injury. Meanwhile, Kalidou Koulibaly missed training ahead of the game and will not be available for selection on Tuesday night in Austria after he didn't travel with the 21-man squad.

"It's not too serious but this game was too soon for him," Potter admitted on Koulibaly during his pre-match press conference.
"We're hoping to get him on the grass Wednesday or Thursday."
Potter also knows that he can rest players next week for their final group game against Dinamo Zagreb if they win on Tuesday, but he isn't letting that cloud his mind amid the potential for complacency.

He added: "It would be nice to win and we know the consequences. Our thoughts are to win the match. We have to take the challenge. We're not finished, we haven't got enough points (yet to progress into knockout stages). That's the test.”
