Chelsea will face AC Milan away from home on Tuesday night in their fourth Champions League group stage tie of the season.

The Blues are currently second in Group E of the prestigious competition after three matches, with four points to their name after one win, one draw and one loss.

Graham Potter's side were defeated by Dinamo Zagreb before drawing to FC Salzburg.

However, they picked up their first European win of the campaign when Milan visited Stamford Bridge last week, with Wesley Fofana, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Reece James all netting in what was a truly emphatic performance against the reigning Serie A Champions.

A win in the reverse fixture would see Chelsea take one step closer towards the knockout stages of the Champions League.

Ahead of the match, head coach Potter shared his thoughts on the tie, with the Blues looking to secure their fourth consecutive win in all competitions.

"It's an incredible place here and a very different game," said the 47-year-old on playing at the San Siro.

"AC Milan will try to use the home advantage like we did. Two good teams, too evenly matched teams. I'm looking forward to it."

Fofana is out of action for Chelsea following his injury against Milan last week.

He netted his first goal for the club against the Italians, but was soon forced off due to an injury to his knee.

Potter also spoke on the side's other team news for the fixture at the San Siro, with N'Golo Kante and Hakim Ziyech absent from the travelling squad.

"Hakim (Ziyech) is ill. N'Golo (Kante) we're just waiting for the news of that."

He later added: "In terms of team news, everyone is available, apart from the guys that we mentioned.

"The fact that we could rotate a few has probably helped us in terms of availability for this game.
