Manchester City have offered winger Raheem Sterling to Chelsea ahead of the summer transfer window, according to reports.
The 27-year-old has one-year left on his contract in Manchester and could be set for an exit this summer.
As reported by Spanish outlet AS, Sterling has been 'put on the table to several sides', including Chelsea.

The report states that Sterling considers his time at the Etihad to be over and that Pep Guardiola's side are willing to cash in on the England star.
It is believed that the Citizens are willing to let Sterling go for 'less than his market value', and Chelsea could capitalise on this as they search for forward options this summer.
Sterling has impressed once again for Man City, scoring 17 goals and registering nine assists in 47 appearances.

It is unclear as to how much Chelsea would have to bid in order to acquire the services of Sterling, but with a contract expiring next summer he could arrive at Stamford Bridge for a cut-price.
The Blues have several options in attack, with Hakim Ziyech, Romelu Lukaku, Kai Havertz, Mason Mount, Timo Werner, Christian Pulisic and Callum Hudson-Odoi all natural forwards.
It is clear that one or more of the attackers would have to depart in the summer transfer window to make space for Sterling, or any other forwards to arrive.
Lukaku looks the most likely to depart, although it has been reported that his future could depend on Marina Granovskaia and whether she remains at Chelsea.

Thomas Tuchel's side have been taken over by a consortium led by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital which has allowed the German to work on his transfer plans ahead of what is expected to be a busy summer, with a rebuild set to happen. The new Chelsea owners are expected to be ready to hand the German head coach £200m, of which a percentage could be used to bring Sterling to London.
Barcelona and Real Madrid are also interested in the attacker, but Chelsea could have an advantage over the La Liga giants.
The 27-year-old was born in the English capital and could welcome a return south, spending the majority of his youth career at Queens Park Rangers, just a short distance from Stamford Bridge.

It remains to be seen as to whether Chelsea are interested in bringing Sterling to Chelsea as they look to close the gap to Man City and Liverpool in the Premier League next season.
Sterling's goals would no doubt be a welcome addition, netting two more than the Blues' top scorer in the 2021/22 campaign, Lukaku.
Ousmane Dembele, who is out of contract at Barcelona at the end of June, has also been linked with Chelsea, with the Blues growing in confidence over a possible deal for the France international.
