Jorginho says that the Chelsea players take responsibility for the surprise sacking of Thomas Tuchel last week.
The Blues announced that they had parted company with the German head coach on Wednesday, the morning after their 1-0 loss against Dinamo Zagreb.
Tuchel has now left the club after just over 19 months as boss, in which he won the Champions League, Super Cup and Club World Cup during that time.

Chelsea hired his replacement the following day, with Graham Potter making the switch from fellow Premier League side Brighton and Hove Albion.

The 47-year-old joined the Seagulls in 2019 and was highly impressive on the south coast.
He is now set to be in the dugout for the first time for his new side on Wednesday night, when Chelsea face FC Salzburg in the Champions League.
When talking to the media ahead of the tie at Stamford Bridge, Jorginho spoke on Tuchel’s comments before his sacking regarding the side's ‘weak mentality’.

"It was his feeling in that moment, he said that to us as well,” explained the Italian international.
"We tried what we could to try and do our best. Unfortunately, it wasn't working anymore. The challenge now is to rebuild that confidence.

"He (Graham Potter) came with an idea. Life is fast and quick. We need to try and understand what he expects from us, and try to do the best we can.
"Of course (we feel responsible for Thomas Tuchel's sacking). We are a team, it's not one person. Everyone is responsible."
Potter’s first game in charge at Chelsea will be against Austrian opposition.

They will be looking to bounce back from their defeat against Zagreb in the Champions, which was their third loss of the season so far.
They are competing in Group E of the competition, with AC Milan being their next opponent on the continent after the Salzburg clash.
It will be Potter’s first appearance in the Champions League, having previously featured in the Europa League with Ostersund.

He won’t be competing in the Premier League for Chelsea until the start of October however, with their game against Liverpool on Sunday being postponed, the same fate their west London derby against Fulham faced on the Saturday just gone.
This is due to the level of policing in London for the funeral of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II the following day.
