Chelsea defender Emerson Palmieri has agreed to move to West Ham United after the sides agreed on a fee totalling £15 million, according to reports.
The Italian has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer, with Thomas Tuchel brining in Marc Cucurella from Brighton this summer.
The 24-year-old arrived in a deal worth £63 million and set the ground running, impressing during the opening matches of the season.

With Ben Chilwell and Cucurella as the preferred left wing-back options, Emerson has not been named in the matchday squad at all this season.
Marcos Alonso also appears to be on his way out of Stamford Bridge following the arrival of Cucurella, with Chelsea currently boasting up to five wing-back options on the left, including Kenedy.
The latest reports believed that West Ham were closing in on finalising a deal for Emerson, with a new update now provided.

Fabrizio Romano has now delivered his ‘here we go’ transfer update regarding the deal.
He wrote: “Emerson Palmieri to West Ham, here we go! Full agreement reached on both clubs and player side - been told that deal valid until 2027.
“Fee agreed with Chelsea for £13 million fixed plus £2 million in add-ons.
“Understand first part of medical tests will be completed today.”
Therefore, Emerson will likely join the Hammers after David Moyes’ side have been in the market for a left-back this summer.

The Italian will no doubt become the first choice in east London after an impressive loan spell at Lyon last summer.
Emerson is claimed to have wanted an increase to £95,000-a-week from his £70,000-a-week wages at Chelsea, and it is unclear as to whether the Irons have met these demands.
Personal terms have been agreed, meaning that all that is left to finalise the deal is for Emerson to pass his medical before being confirmed as a new player for the club.

The transfer saga was full of twists and turns, with West Ham previously withdrawing from negotiations with Emerson due to his personal term demands.
With Chelsea set to receive £15 million from the deal, they will most likely dip into the market at least once more before the end of the transfer window.
A forward is being eyed as Chelsea are close to signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, while Wesley Fofana could still arrive from Leiecester before the window closes.
