Ethan Ampadu, Kenedy, Billy Gilmour, Ross Barkley, Harvey Vale and Michy Batshuayi have all not been given numbers for the new season - this indicates they could all been leaving the club this summer.
Vale is yet to sign a new deal with his current contract set to expire next summer. Barkley's future in west London remains unclear, as does Kenedy's.
New signings Raheem Sterling and Carney Chukwuemeka have been given the no.17 and no.30 respectively.
Kalidou Koulibaly has been confirmed as the no.26, previously revealed in a video which he shared on social media asking former club captain John Terry for permission to take the number.
He said: "At the beginning he didn't believe that it was me. He believed that it was a joke so he put down that phone and called the team manager to ask if it was really me."
"I know for him it's an important number. It's also an important number for me because I took it directly when I arrived at Napoli and I wanted to keep it here at Chelsea."
Following returns from their loan spells at Crystal Palace and Southampton, Conor Gallagher and Armando Broja will wear the no.23 and no.17 as they eye regular roles under Tuchel next season.
New arrival Marc Cucurella will wear the no.32 shirt.
