Chelsea, Arsenal and Newcastle United are all showing interest in Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic this summer, according to reports.
Thomas Tuchel and the Blues are yet to conduct any first-team transfer business in terms of incomings, however the transfer window has only just opened.
Following the £4.25 billion takeover by the consortium led by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital, meetings have been held between the hierarchy and Tuchel over who their transfer targets, as well as players they want to offload in their bid to rebuild the squad ahead of the 2022/23 campaign.

Plenty of time is going into finalising the departure of Romelu Lukaku. Inter Milan are closing in on a reunion with the 29-year-old. Talks are ongoing and it is expected that a fee will be agreed within the coming weeks for Lukaku to return to the San Siro just one year after leaving for Stamford Bridge.
Many names have been linked with moves to Chelsea also, and the midfield department is believed to be down to whether or not there are outgoings.
N'Golo Kante and Jorginho both see their deals expire next summer and are likely to have their futures resolved in the coming weeks to avoid another situation of them running down their contracts.

Now the Blues are being linked with Milinkovic-Savic, who is currently being managed by former Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri.
According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Milinkovic-Savic's agent Mateja Kezman is on the hunt for a new club for his client and he has attracted interest from the Premier League.
Chelsea are joined by Arsenal and Newcastle United in showing interest in the 27-year-old, who Lazio value at €60 million, per reports in Italy.

Sarri wants him to stay in Rome, and they have been suggested to be interested in bringing two Chelsea stars across to Italy.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Emerson Palmieri are of interest, both of whom who have worked with Sarri in the past.
Emerson is reported to be wanted by Tuchel next season, however insisted earlier this month that he doesn't know what the future holds for him.
"I didn’t speak with (Thomas Tuchel) just yet," admitted the Italy international on talks with Tuchel over his role at the club for the 2022/23 season.
