Chelsea are believed to be showing an interest in signing midfielder Ibrahim Sangare from PSV Eindhoven this summer, according to reports.
The upcoming transfer window will be the first for the club since Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital completed their recent takeover, with the Blues recently being unable to operate in the market due to the sanctions on previous owner Roman Abramovich.
Thomas Tuchel’s side finished third in the Premier League at the end of the campaign after a fluctuating season both on and off the pitch.

Four seasons and 86 appearances later he made the move to PSV in the Netherlands, featuring 88 times for the club since then.
He has also played 17 games for his country, with three goals to his name as a midfielder.
