Chelsea have submitted an 'important proposal' to Torino for defender Gleison Bremer amid interest from Inter Milan, according to reports.
Thomas Tuchel's side are currently in negotiations with the Nerazzurri to loan Romelu Lukaku back after just one year since his £97.5 million club-record arrival at Stamford Bridge.
Lukaku netted 15 goals last season in all competitions but now wants to return to the San Siro, and talks are progressing between the two clubs over a fee for the 29-year-old.

Todd Boehly, co-controlling owner of Chelsea, is still not 'fully convinced' that letting him leave is the right decision but will back Tuchel's judgement of the situation following their 'badly strained' relationship.
Inter are expected to make an improved offer of at least €10 million after seeing their initial €5 million plus add-ons bid turned down earlier this week.
But Chelsea are looking for a swap deal, with reports stating that a traditional loan is looking less likely than a swap deal.

Milan Skriniar, Alessandro Bastoni and Denzel Dumfries have all been discussed, while a switch for Lautaro Martinez is off the table. Inter want to keep hold of the Argentine to partner with Lukaku if and once he arrives back in Italy.
However, according to Gianluca Di Marzio, Chelsea are interested in 25-year-old defender Gleison Bremer.
The Blues are claimed to have sent in an 'important proposal' for the centre-back, but they face competition.
PSG have shown interest, but Inter are also keen in the Torino star, who has also been on Chelsea's radar for a while.

Inter have offered teenager Cesare Casade but the Turin-based team want €40 million plus Casadei for Bremer.
Whether Inter would allow their highly-rated youngster to depart to sweeten the deal for Torino remains to be seen, but Chelsea will need to keep an eye on proceedings should they really want to bring him to Stamford Bridge,
No senior business has been carried out yet. Only youngster and Southampton goalkeeper Eddie Beach is on the verge of signing, while 18-year-old Gabriel Slonina is set to join from Chicago Fire this summer.

Chelsea will be cautious with their spending despite a £200 million transfer budget. Co-owner Todd Boehly wants to ensure the Blues don't put themselves at risk of breaking Financial Fair Play rules.
He said earlier this week in Berlin: "Financial Fair Play is starting to get some teeth and that will limit ability to acquire players at any price. UEFA takes it seriously and will continue to take it seriously.
"(More teeth) means financial penalties and disqualification from sporting competitions."
