Manchester United will go up against Omonia on Matchday 3 of the 2022/23 Europa League campaign.
Manchester United will be looking to bounce back after the derby defeat halted their excellent run of form in the Premier League.
Meanwhile, the hosts are on a hot streak, having won their last 2 domestic games by scoring 6 goals and keeping 2 clean sheets in the process.

In the Europa League, however, both teams have had opposite fortunes. On the previous matchday, United defeated FC Sheriff while Omonia lost to group leaders Real Sociedad. As a result, the fixture on Thursday night will be an exciting one to watch.
Manchester United
During his pre-match press conference, Ten Hag has confirmed that both Harry Maguire and Raphaël Varane will not be available.
The captain was seen limping after England’s game against Germany in the Nations League, while the Frenchman hurt his ankle during the derby.
When asked about the two defenders, Ten Hag said: “In the case of Raphaël, I have a good hope that he will be back soon. Harry will take a bit longer.”

Long term absentees such as Donny van de Beek, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Brandon Williams, and Axel Tuanzebe are still out indefinitely.
Other than the names mentioned above, Ten Hag has a healthy squad to choose from. New signing Martin Dúbravka has recovered from injury while youngsters Zidane Iqbal, Alejandro Garnacho, and Facundo Pellistri have all made the travelling squad to Cyprus.
Omonia
The ex-Celtic manager Neil Lennon will only have one player missing for the fixture.

Moretto Cassama picked up an injury just 13 minutes into Omonia’s bout against Real Sociedad. Having also missed their league game against Doxa last weekend, the midfielder looks set to be absent for the fixture on Thursday night.
Former Real Mallorca player Héctor Yuste was also injured in the Sociedad game. However, he made the bench for Omonia’s league game on the weekend and will be available for selection against United.
Brazilian winger Bruno Felipe is Omonia’s man on form at the moment and he will be fit to start alongside familiar faces such as former Celtic player Gary Hooper and Manchester City academy graduate Brandon Barker.
