Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United are flying high, with four wins from their last four games in the Premier League, despite one recent Europa League loss.
Next up for Manchester United is Sheriff Tiraspol in the Moldovan capital of Chisinau, as they look to pick up the first win of their Europa League campaign.
Sheriff usually play in the region of Transnistria, but this game will be played in Chisinau due to the breakaway region bordering Ukraine.

In a complete order reversal of last week’s form guide, Manchester United have won four of their last five matches but the one loss came in their most recent fixture against Real Sociedad.
The defeat to La Real places far greater emphasis on the outcome of this match, with topping their group being absolutely crucial to United to avoid any more fixture congestion.
United won four straight games in the league heading into last week’s Europa opener, but have not played since that defeat and will again not have a fixture this upcoming weekend so a strong side can be expected as United go for the win.
Sheriff Tiraspol
Last five results: D, D, W, W, W

The opposition are on a three match win streak, having easily dispatched of Omonia Nicosia - the other side in United’s group - during this run with a 3-0 win. This was sandwiched in between 2-0 wins in the Moldovan Super Liga.
Before this win streak they drew twice in a row, 0-0 in their final Europa League qualifier and 1-1 in the Divizia Nationala.
Sheriff have looked very strong defensively in this run, with just one goal conceded being quite impressive, although have not faced a side as strong as United’s.
At present, they lead their league by six points with an impressive 14 goals scored and just three conceded after seven games. United, however, will be the real test for them.
