Manchester United had a highly frustrating afternoon at Old Trafford, drawing 0-0 with Newcastle United.
With some dubious refereeing calls, some would say United were unlucky. But Ten Hag's men struggled to break down Newcastle's well-drilled defensive structure.
Here is how UtdDistrict rated the players:
First team
David de Gea - 6 /10
Could've been more commanding from Newcastle set pieces, didn't have too much to do otherwise.
Diogo Dalot - 6.5/10
Solid performance, defended well.
Lisandro Martínez - 6.5/10
Solid performance.
Raphaël Varane - 6.5/10
Sweeps up absolutely everything defensively.
Luke Shaw - 6.5/10
Not as strong as last week but still a decent performance.
Fred - 5/10
Fairly average performance. Kept the ball well for the most part but had some iffy moments under pressure. Should have won the game at the end.
Advert
Casemiro - 7/10
Dominant defensively. Nearly produced another game-winning assist with a sublime trivela cross.
Bruno Fernandes - 6.5/10
Looked for Ronaldo too often when other players were better options. Played an excellent ball to Rashford for Fred's chance at the end.
Antony - 6/10
Not his finest performance. Like Bruno, looked for Ronaldo too much and his use of his left foot felt too predictable.
Jadon Sancho - 6.5/10
Much better performance, looked to create opportunities and drove at his man more frequently, was unlucky not to have a penalty. Still has quite a lot of work to do.
Cristiano Ronaldo - 6/10
Also unlucky not to earn a penalty, but was quite uninvolved otherwise. Could argue his disallowed goal should've stood.

Substitutes
Marcus Rashford - 6.5/10
Unlucky not to have the game-winning assist, but squandered a golden header towards the end of the game.
