Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United are flying high, with four wins from their last four games.
Next up for Manchester United is Real Sociedad at the Theatre of Dreams on Thursday, a side they met in their last Europa League campaign.
After a disastrous start with back-to-back losses against Brighton and Brentford, United have bounced back well with four straight wins, the 3-1 victory over league-leading Arsenal being the biggest so far.

In their last two Europa League campaigns, United went to the semi final and final but lost out to Spanish outlets both times, this time the goal will undoubtedly be to go all the way for Erik ten Hag.
La Real have had an even more mixed start to the season, sitting 9th in La Liga following their 1-1 draw with Atlético Madrid on the weekend.
United come into this tie as favourites if the form guide is anything to go by. Here’s how the two teams have fared so far:

After a poor opening to the season, Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United are up and running with four wins from their last four matches.
Since the 4-0 hammering at Brentford, the Red Devils look an entirely different side having recorded big victories over rivals Liverpool and Arsenal.
In between these two results, United recorded back to back 1-0 victories away to Southampton and Leicester, ending a long-running streak of poor form on the road.
United concluded their summer business in this time too, and full debuts can be expected for Casemiro and loanee Martin Dubravka. Antony could also feature after introducing himself to fans with a goal against Arsenal.

Last four results: W, L, W, D
The opposition have only played four fixtures this season, due to the later start of the La Liga campaign and the fact no cup fixtures have been played yet.

They picked up a 1-0 win over Cádiz in their opening fixture, before falling victim to Robert Lewandowski’s sword in a 4-1 defeat to Barcelona.
They bounced back with a 1-0 victory over Elche, before the 1-1 draw with notoriously difficult opponents Atlético Madrid, who United fans are more than aware of.
La Real have not scored more than one goal in any game this season, with their lack of firepower becoming even less so since the transfer of Alexander Isak to Newcastle.
They will come into the fixture at Old Trafford as underdogs, but are a side with quality and should not be underestimated by United fans.
