Manchester United players returned to pre-season at Carrington on Monday afternoon, with Erik ten Hag eager to get his Old Trafford tenure underway.
A number of players will not be back in training until next week, as they have an extended break following international duty. Their returns will be staggered.
Yet, a large majority of United's squad have returned to the club's Carrington training complex, including key members of the first-team squad.

According to the Manchester Evening News, Erik ten Hag arrived at Carrington at 8:00am, which was around two hours before the squad were due to report.
He has a monumental job on his hands, and is already attempting to make changes at the club's training ground.
Steve McClaren arrived at Carrington for his second stint as Manchester United's assistant manager. He was Sir Alex Ferguson's right-hand man when the club did the impossible in 1999.
