The release date for Manchester United's 2022/23 home kit has been leaked ahead of United's pre-season tour.
With the 2022/23 season round the corner, Manchester United are still yet to officially release any of the kits for the new season.
Erik ten Hag’s side began pre-season training on Monday, and with their first fixture against Liverpool in Thailand on July 12th, the club is expected to release the kits in the coming days.

There is, however, a leak from Footy Headlines to suggest that United are set to release their new home kit on Friday, July 1st.
Footy Headlines also explains that a photo of United’s new home shirt has already appeared on the online shop of manufacturer Adidas.
To go along with this information, they have also displayed some official release images of the Red Devil’s new home shirt. It is, of course, all red, with black Adidas stripes on the sleeves.

On this season’s home kit, the badge is in a darker red shield.
The design, in theory, is not too dissimilar to the one Adidas used for the badge on the 2019/20 home kit, or the design Nike used in the 2006/07 season.
Another major feature of this season’s home kit is the collar. The base colour on the collar is white, and it features a red and black triangular design, reminiscent of a pattern you would see in the 1990s.

United also have a new sleeve sponsor for the 2022/23 season. Last season’s sponsor, Kohler, has been replaced by American company DXC Technology.
However, there is no change to the main shirt sponsor, Team Viewer.
This is a shirt that many are looking forward to seeing on the players.
It could be up there with some of the great Manchester United home shirts in the Premier League era.

After the release of the home shirt for the 2022/23 season on July 1st, fans will likely not have to wait long for the release of the away and third shirts, with the preseason fixtures, and the start of the Premier League fast approaching.
In fact, the away strip has already been leaked, with fans believing that it is one of the best in recent years.
United will be hoping to look good, and play good, under Ten Hag next season.
The team need a large improvement after a disastrous campaign last term, additions to the squad are being worked on.
