Manchester United head into the international break with a Europa League victory against FC Sheriff, Erik ten Hag has outlined his own plans during this period.
Following a defeat against Real Sociedad last Thursday, the Reds were in control all evening in Moldovia.
First half goals from Jadon Sancho and Cristiano Ronaldo decided the fixture as another clean sheet was collected by the backline with Lisandro Martinez and Raphael Varane at the heart of it.

Sancho's goal came just after he was denied a place in Gareth Southgate's England squad for the upcoming friendlies against Italy and Germany.
Other United players, however, will be heading out with their international sides in the upcoming weeks. Ronaldo will be hoping to improve his form with Portugal.
Meanwhile, Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw were picked for The Three Lions despite a lack of game-time this season.

Despite this, Ten Hag is planning a busy period for himself during this time.
There is still much to improve on the pitch, which the manager will be looking at, even without his entire squad.
Also, the Dutchman is looking towards long-term strategies to ensure United's upwards trajectory continues.
“We will have many meetings," he told MUTV when asked how he plans to spend his international break. "We have to improve the structures in and around the club.

"We will also look to the window in January or next summer already.
"But, also to improve our way of play by making plans.”
This seems to be music to Manchester United fans' ears. The forward thinking approach from the manager is great to see.

After a hectic summer transfer window, it's impressive to hear that Ten Hag is already looking ahead on how to best strengthen his squad in future windows.
He also was clear in his message that the players need to be ready for the period following their return from duty with their countries.
United will play nine games in October and will certainly need their entire squad to be prepared for the turnover throughout the month.
"There’s coming a period where every third day: a game. We have to get ready for that," Ten Hag added.

"Ninety percent of the players are away [on international duty] — the others will train proper.
"We have to prepare. I hope everyone stays fit, returns healthy and then we attack.”
