Confirmed Match Officials: Manchester United vs Brighton & Hove Albion | Premier League

Who will officiate Manchester United’s first league game of the season against Brighton & Hove Albion?

The officials have been confirmed for Manchester United’s clash against Brighton & Hove Albion on Sunday, 7 August in the Premier League at Old Trafford.

Manchester United will be hoping for a positive start to their campaign after enjoying an admirable pre-season as they face Brighton & Hove Albion in what will be their first fixture in the 2022-23 Premier League season.

Wins against Liverpool, Melbourne Victory and Crystal Palace got the Reds' tour off to a flyer.

Then, draws against Aston Villa and Rayo Vallecano and a loss to Atletico Madrid showed there was still work to be done.

A confident Brighton team will play United on the road to begin their season.

The Seagulls had a fantastic season last year, finishing ninth in the final standings, which was their strongest points finish ever.

The confirmed match officials have been announced for the opening matchday. The men in charge at Old Trafford can be seen below.
