The infamous brawl between Jason 'Mayhem' Miller and Jake Shields (with Nick and Nate Diaz) remains the biggest black eye on the sport's history.

Strikeforce: Nashville was marred by a post-fight brawl following the main-event.

After Shields defeated Dan Henderson to retain his middleweight title, Miller somehow entered the cage and interrupted Shields' post-fight interview.

Miller had lost to Shields five months earlier and asked the champion: "What's up? "Where's my rematch, buddy?!"

Chaos ensued as he got jumped by Gilbert Melendez and Nick Diaz, who threw a punch at Miller.

Shields was pulled away by his coach, but the rest of his allies laid into Miller including the Diaz bros. Punches, elbows and kicks were thrown in wild scenes.

Miller and Nick Diaz were eventually restrained by members of the commission, referees and Henderson's team with the brawl broken up.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, sometimes these things happen in MMA," announcer Gus Johnson infamously stated on the mic as bodies were flying around the cage.

"A lot of testosterone in the cage. Gentlemen, we're on national television!"

While play-by-play commentator Mauro Ranallo murmured: "This is ridiculous."

The event back in April 2010 is still etched in MMA history.
