Travis Kelce and team-mate Patrick Mahomes were both targeted for burglaries without hours of each other last month in a matter than is now being investigated by the FBI.
The Kansas City Chiefs pair starred in a Monday Night Football NFL game against the New Orleans Saints shortly after their homes in Missouri were broken into.
The Chiefs, who have made an undefeated 9-0 start to the 2024 season, recorded their fifth successive victory that night, with Kelce making nine catches for 70 yards as the reigning Super Bowl champions ran out 26-13 winners.

Taylor Swift, the megastar girlfriend of the standout tight end, was in attendance at the Chiefs' Arrowhead Stadium for the game.
According to TMZ sports, Mahomes' house was burgled at around midnight on October 6, while Kelce's plush $6 million mansion was targeted hours later on October 7, shortly before the Chiefs saw off the Saints on October 8.
It is claimed that $20,000 cash was taken from Kelce's home, with damage caused to the star pass-catcher's back door.

And the report also suggests that the involvement of the FBI, who are investigated the incidents, points towards the iconic NFL duo being victims of a wider crime spree in the Kansas City area.
This is just the latest in a string of security issues that have plagued Swift of late, after a recent concert in Vienna had to be cancelled when a terrorist plot to target the Eras Tour event was uncovered.
And in July, a man accused of stalking Swift and sending threats to her and Kelce was arrested ahead of a show the singer played in Germany.
In light of these incidents, Swift and Kelce chose not to remain at the Chiefs player's home after the break-in and instead took the precaution of checking into a hotel in the build-up to the Monday Night Football game.

The burglary doesn't appear to have affected Kelce's form on the field, though. In an overtime win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on November 5, the 35-year-old produced a career-high 14 catches for 100 receiving yards.
