Shaquille O'Neal has named Steph Curry among the seven current NBA stars who could have survived in his era.
O'Neal enjoyed 19 seasons in the NBA, playing for Orlando Magic, Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, Phoenix Suns, Cleveland Cavaliers and Boston Celtics.
He won four NBA championships and scored an impressive 28,596 career points in a Hall of Fame career.

'Shaq' played in a star-studded era that included the likes of Michael Jordan, the consensus NBA GOAT, Charles Barkley and Dwyane Wade to name but a few.
He also played with current NBA superstar LeBron James during his one season with the Cavaliers, not to mention Curry, who was making his way in the league.
James, 40, and Curry, 37, are still going strong and are important players for the Lakers and Golden State Warriors respectively.

Even though they played a portion of their legendary careers in O'Neal's era, he believes James and Curry could have competed in his generation of players.
He picked out a further five stars before suggesting '10 to 12 guys' could have played in his era.
The 53-year-old went on to name Anthony Davis, Luka Doncic, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Russell Westbrook and Anthony Edwards.
Speaking to SPORTbible, O'Neal said: "Well, LeBron did kind of play in my era... Anthony Davis, Luka Doncic, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Russell Westbrook, Anthony Edwards, Steph Curry, played a little bit in our era. it's hard."
O'Neal, however, insists the game has changed since when he played and suggests it was 'more physical' in his era.

"The game has changed. The game was more physical," he added. "NBA guys adapt. It's hard to say... I think there's about 10 to 12 guys that could have played [in my era]."
