MMA fighter Elves Brener has shared footage of his weight cut for his UFC 301 fight.
Saturday will see UFC 301 take place in Brazil, with the main event featuring Alexandre Pantoja defending his flyweight belt against Steve Erceg.
Elsewhere on the card, Elves Brener will be looking to maintain his unbeaten record when he takes on Kyrgyzstan international Myktybek Orolbai.

Friday saw both fighters look in great shape and make the required 156-pound weight ahead of the bout.
However, Brener’s Chute Box teammate Allan Nascimento has posted a video on his Instagram, providing a peak behind the curtain as to what fighters put their bodies through to make weight.
The clip, which you can watch below, showed an almost unconscious Brener being held up in an infrared sauna by former lightweight champion Charles Oliveira.

Oliveira then pulls him out and places him on the floor to cool off, with Brener so fatigued and dehydrated that he can barely move.
The post is accompanied by the caption: “No matter the challenge, we always face it together. We are not a team, but a family! There is no giving up when we are together.”
Elsewhere, french featherweight William Gomis was forced to pull out of his fight against Jean Silva following his weigh-in.
Gomis, who was in clothes, could barely step back off the scales and was unable to walk off the stage without assistance, before vomiting backstage. His team subsequently pulled out of the bout.
