Sean O'Malley has controversial relationship rule with his wife after 'messaging' Hawk Tuah girl all week

Sean O'Malley has controversial relationship rule with his wife after 'messaging' Hawk Tuah girl all week

UFC champion Sean O'Malley has caused uproar after claiming he can do one thing that his wife cannot

UFC fighter Sean O'Malley has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons of late, with his bouts in the ring playing second fiddle to his self-confessed infidelties in his personal life.

Just this week, it was revealed the O'Malley had been sending multiple direct messages to Haliey Welch, the young woman who became a viral sensation earlier this year for her 'Hawk Tuah' catchphrase. Apparently, the contact from the UFC champion has been friendly and not at all explicit to this point.

However, the fact that O'Malley is married and has a daughter with his wife, Danya, does make the whole situation rather problematic. It becomes even more complex when you consider his own comments on the concept of extra-marital affairs in the past.

During an appearance on Bradley Martyn’s Raw Talk podcast, O'Malley made no secret of his belief that he should be entitled to engage in sexual encounters with other women because of the amount of money he brings into his household for his family.

"I’m a king, I pay for everything,” he said. “I treat Danya like a queen. If I get a little p**** on the side, what does that have to do with anything? I have testosterone running through my veins - it’s that f***ing simple."

O'Malley did suggest that his wife is "never fine" with the idea of this open relationship, though she has been "through phases" where she allows it to happen.

If things were different in his career, O'Malley has admitted he would reconsider his beliefs and his actions, but doubled down on the fact that his status in life gives him this pass to behave in such a way.

"If I wasn’t paying for everything, if I wasn’t successful in any sort of way, and I was just like maybe an average Joe, I probably wouldn’t [cheat],” he said. "It probably wouldn’t be fair. But I’m f***ing King Kong baby.”

O'Malley had previously revealed on the Full Send podcast back in 2022 that he did tell Danya when they first met that he would not want to be in a monogamous relationship, and that neither of them should feel like they are owned by the other.

It is not known yet who Sean 'Suga' O'Malley will face next in UFC, but he is expected to step into the Octagon again before the end of the year.
