An internet troll turned up at Kevin Holland's gym after claiming he'd be able to choke the UFC star out. It didn't end well at all and you can check out the footage below.
Holland competes in UFC's middleweight division and has an overall record of 21-7 in his seven year MMA career.
That didn't stop one Instagram user messaging Holland a number of times asking for a fight, claiming he'd be able to submit the black belt holder.
What did 'Trailblazer' do next? Pay for the troll's bus ticket and hotel room and give him the chance to put his money where his mouth is.
Along with a video of the confrontation Holland tweeted: "This troll thought he was a tough guy or skilled or some bs. So I put his ass on a bus, paid for his hotel room and brought him in for a session. How it started...
"Vs how it’s going…. 1 troll down, way too many more to go! #CallBigMouth."
The troll gets into the cage and seems to be smiling, ready to take his chances against a professional MMA fighter.
It's immediately wiped away though. The troll tries to take Holland down via his legs and it gets reversed.
He's then put in a choke and after attempting to roll away he taps in a matter of seconds. A slap to the stomach from Holland sealed the humiliation.
All in all the video is less than 30 seconds and Holland was not knocked out.
Fans have reacted to the footage and they think the troll was shown a lesson.
One commented: "What a lot of training fans don't get is that professional fighters are WAAAYYY more skilled than the average black belt you'd find your gym."
Another put: "The slap at the end solidified him as your b**ch, dems the rules."
While a third said: "I'd pay to watch this over most UFC fights. Beating down a bully!"
The troll took to his own Instagram account not long after the drama and post a message of his own.
"Well that was an experience," he said along with a video of the fight.
Holland's last fight came against Kyle Daukaus at UFC Fight Night 193 and ended in a no contest after a clash of heads ruled Holland unconscious.
He's set to return to the Octagon against Alex Oliveira at UFC 272 on March 5.
