Eddie Hall has revealed his monstrous diet that includes an unusual item ahead of his MMA fight against Mariusz Pudzianowski.
Former strongman Hall is set to return to action when he faces Pudzianowski in an MMA bout in Poland on April 26.
The Brit, who trains with interim UFC heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall, hasn't fought since his controversial 2-on-1 handicap match against the Nefatti brothers.

Ahead of returning to the cage, Hall spoke to Ariel Helwani and detailed his preparation for his MMA contest against Pudzianowski.
The 37-year-old revealed his 'carnivore diet' for his upcoming fight, revealing he is eating duck eggs a staggering eight times a day.
According to Hall, duck eggs contain 'forty or fifty per cent' more protein and more vitamins and minerals than traditional chicken eggs.

What is a 'carnivore diet'?
A 'carnivore diet' is a diet meal plan that only allows consumption of meat, poultry, eggs, seafood, fish and some dairy products, with vegetables, fruits and grains excluded.
That's why it is sometimes referred to as the 'zero carb' diet.
Hall walked away from his strongman career, having won the 2017 World Strongest Man competition. He's also won national competitions such as England's Strong Man, Britain's Strongest Man and UK's Strongest Man multiple times.

Pudzianowski enjoyed a career as a strongman, too, before pursuing fighting.
Hall grew up watching Pudzianowski and calls his match against the legendary Pole a 'massive privilege'.
"I grew up watching Mariusz Pudzianowski lift up the stones, pull planes," he added.
"He's probably one of the main reasons why I even got into Strongman. To be competing against Mariusz, albeit in a whole different world, in the fight world, it is a massive privilege.

"It's no small task on Mariusz's behalf as well. He's got 16 years experience - 26 or 27 pro fights, but he's putting it all on the line to fight me, that's for sure."
Pudzianowski vs. Hall will be contested under two four-minute rounds rather than MMA's traditional three five-minute rounds.
"I wanted two-minute rounds," he explained. "Mariusz wanted five-minute rounds, and somehow we've met in the middle, nowhere near the middle at four. I'm not too happy. I wanted the two-minute rounds because I'm so big. I'm 160 kg (352 pounds).
"My fitness isn't going to be anywhere near what Mariusz is, and I've never fought MMA before - and I know MMA is a lot more taxing on the body. Obviously when you get that adrenaline dump, all that cardio goes out the window as well. So, four-minute rounds is a big ask for me, but it was literally, I say yes to that or the fight is off. I had no choice."
