Speaking to Tucker Carlson on The Tucker Carlson Show, he revealed his first encounter with Zuckerberg in his Lake Tahoe home. They eventually became friends, with the 55-year-old put in charge of making Musk vs. Zuckerberg.
White told Carlson that he had conversations with both social media bosses every night which lasted for hours amid intense talks.
"The whole Elon versus Mark Zuckerberg fight thing... that was real, and I was in the middle of it. I had a blast doing the negotiations with that thing," he said, before adding: "Talking to Elon for an hour every night, talking to Mark for an hour every night."

Despite somewhat positive discussions, talks eventually broke down as an agreement over rules of the fight could not be reached as White referenced the weight class.
"What weight class, this that, what could you do, what couldn’t you do," he continued.
White had conferences calls with representatives from the Colosseum before plans 'started to fall apart'.

If Musk vs. Zuckerberg had come to fruition, then it could've surpassed all pay-per-view records.
A huge audience would have tuned in, which would've included Jake Paul, who even made his own offer to both tech CEOs.
"I have a $100 million offer for Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg to take this fight to the Middle East, to promote it, to put it on for charity," he said. "[I] can guarantee $100 million to charity. We wanna get involved and help make this a reality.
"It’s the biggest sporting event ever, and that’s why I think there should be people who want this sport to be better and not just greedy people like Dana White to get involved, because it’s gonna benefit the UFC.

"I think if Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg are true about their word, doing it for charity and doing it for a bigger cause... I don’t think he should partner with someone who’s a piece of sh*t like Dana White."
