Donald Trump was reported to have given a bizarre reason why he 'cheats' on the golf course amid several claims made against the current US President.
Trump is an avid golf player and owns 15 courses across the world, with 11 of those in the United States.
The 78-year-old has been busy this week dealing with the reaction to his heavily-criticised trade tariff announcement, with worldwide stock markets falling rapidly earlier this week before beginning to rebound again.

But he will no doubt have one eye on this week's Masters tournament - for which he sent a message of good luck to all players competing on Thursday.

While Trump has never played on the PGA Tour himself - though he is said to have an impressive handcap of just 2.6 - he has played alongside a host of current and former golf stars at his courses.
He's also teed off with celebrities, journalists and authors - with several of those claiming that he 'cheated' while on the course.

One such journalist was the managing editor of Sports Illustrated, Mark Mulvoy.
In the mid-1990s, Mulvoy played a round of golf with Trump - who by then was a well-renowned name in the media industry - at the Garden City Golf Club in Long Island, New York City.
While on the sixth hole, a storm broke out after both men had played their tee shots.
But Mulvoy would go on to claim (via the Washington Post) that, once they returned to the green following the rain, he spotted Trump's ball 10 feet away from the pin - but didn't remember seeing it there previously.

After Trump said it was his ball, Mulvoy replied: "Donald, give me a f***ing break. You've been hacking away in the weeds all day. You do not lie there."
Mulvoy claimed Trump then said: "The guys I play with cheat all the time. I have to cheat just to keep up with them."
The President, however, claimed to deny any knowledge of the interaction: "I don't even know who he is. I don't drop balls, I don't move balls - I don't need to."
