Wrexham stars will land a staggering bonus following their promotion to League Two, with Hollywood owners Ryan Reynolds and McElhenney pledging a chunk of the winnings to the players themselves.
Wrexham came from a goal down to beat Boreham Wood 3-1 last Saturday as they secured a return to the EFL after a 15-year absence.
Elliot Lee cancelled out Lee Ndlovu's strike in the opening minute, with star striker Paul Mullin bagging a sensational brace in the second-half.

Now that promotion has been secured, Mullin and the rest of his teammates are in line to pick up an eye-watering bonus following their success on the pitch.
Each player will receive a whopping £250,000 bonus, with the club's executive director Humphrey Kerr revealing their A-list owners wanted to reward the players for their performances this season.
"Rob and Ryan wanted to recognise the players' confidence that they can reach this season’s play-offs and provide an added financial incentive to achieve this," said Ker.

"There was no obligation to address this, but it felt like the right thing to do in order to support the existing playing squad who are all playing for their futures at the club."
Wrexham's victory over Boreham Wood left Reynolds speechless as he spoke about their promotion on the pitch alongside McElhenney.
"I am not sure I can process what happened tonight. I am still a little speechless," he said.

"[People ask] 'Why Wrexham?'. This is why Wrexham. This happening, right now, is why. Boreham Wood showed up today.
"They are an incredible team. They have one of the best defences in the entire league."
The Deadpool actor then paid tribute to Notts County: "This entire story, the reason we are all on edge of our seats is because Notts County are so damn good. They deserve to go up. We are rooting for Notts County. We want to see them go up.
"Well I think we can hear what it feels to the town. It's a time of celebration and be welcomed into their community and be welcomed to this, it is the honour of my life."
