Mats Hummels will have the choice of five Premier League clubs this summer as the German looks to find a new club this summer after leaving Borussia Dortmund.
Hummels reached the Champions League final with Dortmund in the 2012-13 season and again this year, where they lost 2-0 to Real Madrid despite having some huge chances in the game.
His departure was confirmed following Nuri Sahin was appointed as Dortmund's new manager, replacing Edin Terzic who's exit shocked many.

The 35-year-old released the following statement via the club website following the official announcement.
"It was a huge honour and joy for me to have played for BVB for so long and to have been part of the journey from 13th place in January 2008 to what Borussia Dortmund represents today," he wrote.
"This club and its fans are something very special - and for me even more than that."
Hummels has had two spells at Dortmund after leaving in 2016 for Bayern Munich before returning to Signal Iduna Park in 2019.

The German defender now finds himself without a club, but according to HITC Football there is considerable interest from the Premier League with five clubs after his signature.
The report revealed: "Everton have spoken with the agent of defender, Mats Hummels over a possible move. The German is now a free agent after his Dortmund contract expiring. Tottenham, Newcastle, Chelsea and West Ham have all spoken to his agent."
Everton's interest is likely due to the high probability Jarrad Branthwaite will leave the club this summer, with Man United reportedly agreeing terms with the 21-year-old England defender.

With Spurs and Chelsea both securing European football for the upcoming season, they may seem the more obvious destinations for Hummels.
Thiago Silva might seem a good player to follow in the footsteps of, with the veteran Brazilian having a great spell at Chelsea which included a Champions League win.
